Frequently Asked Questions

1.What is Independent Living?
Independent Living is a living arrangement where residents share bedrooms and common spaces in a structured, supportive environment. At Better Together Living, we provide clean, furnished homes designed to promote community, stability, and growth.
Each room houses 2–3 residents, depending on the size of the room and the layout of the home.
Our homes come fully furnished, including beds, storage space, kitchen appliances, and common area furniture. Utilities are included, and residents have access to shared kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor areas.

Residents are responsible for their own groceries and eatingaccommodations but, program directors will always be more thanwilling to assist.

Our homes are not staffed or supervised 24/7. Residents are expected to take full responsibility for themselves, their belongings, and to respect their housemates and shared spaces. For added structure and accountability, security cameras are installed in common areas to help maintain a safe and respectful environment.
