At Better Together Living, we are committed to operating with transparency, integrity, and full regulatory compliance. Our supportive housing services follow all applicable local, state, and federal guidelines to ensure the safety, dignity, and rights of each resident.
We adhere to the standards outlined by relevant licensing authorities and agencies, and we regularly review and update our policies to remain compliant with evolving regulations in the field of shared housing and supportive services.
Following the intake process, clients will be asked to review and sign our policies and procedures to ensure clarity, safety, and mutual understanding.
Resident Rights:
We respect and protect every individual’s right to privacy, safety, and fair treatment. All residents are provided with a written summary of their rights upon intake, including the right to:
- Live in a safe, respectful environment
- Access services without discrimination
- Confidentiality of personal information
- Voice concerns without fear of retaliation
Privacy Policy:
Any personal, medical, or identifying information collected is securely stored and used only for the purpose of providing appropriate housing and support services. We do not share or sell information to third parties.
